YAKKUM Staff

 

  1. I Nengah Latra – Director. Current Director of YAKKUM Bali, 11 years experience working with YAKKUM Rehabilitation Centre at Jogjakarta and 10 years as Director of YAKKUM Bali. Began his journey with disability 30 years ago after surviving severe burns.
  2. Sang Ayu Sujiati – Finance and Admin Officer; She graduated from Udayana University (D3) Secretary and Accounts, and right now she is continuing her education to reach the S1 at the same subject. Ayu has polio in both her legs.
  3. I Ketut Nesa – Prosthetic and Orthopaedic Workshop Technician; He completed his training course at Solo and YAKKUM Rehabilitation Centre at Jogjakarta, according to his specialist area of Prosthetic Legs. Ketut is a right, above-knee amputee.
  4. I Nyoman Sumerta – Prosthetic and Orthopaedic Workshop Technician. He completed his training course in Solo and YAKKUM Rehabilitation Centre at Jogjakarta, according to his specialist area of Callipers respectively. Nyoman’s right leg is affected by polio.
  5. I Made Suarcana – Orthopaedic Shoemaker. He completed one year training at YAKKUM Rehabilitation Centre in Jogjakarta and 1 year in Cibinong, West Java. Made’s right leg is affected by polio
  6. I Putu Warjita Putra – Physiotherapist. He graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy, Semarang.
  7. I Made Gunung – Community Coordinator Supervisor. He has 10 years experience as a Shop Manager YAKKUM Craft Nusa Dua, completed training course at Bhakti Luhur Malang, as a physiotherapy assistant and has 6 years experience as Field Worker (now called Community Coordinator) of YAKKUM Bali. Gunung has been a left, below-elbow amputee from birth.
  8. I Ketut Darma - Community Coordinator. He completed training course at Bhakti Luhur Malang, as a physiotherapy assistant. Ketut is a right, above knee amputee.
  9. I Gusti Ayu Arti – Community Coordinator. Her specialist her job for employment placement. From 1st September -5th November 2009, he is going to Bhakti Luhur Malang to learn skills as a physiotherapy assistant. Ayu has right side drop foot.
  10. I Wayan Buntas - Community Coordinator. From 1st September -5th November 2009, he is going to Bhakti Luhur Malang to learn skills as a physiotherapy assistant. Buntas is a right-hand amputee.
  11. I Wayan Suantara, Driver.
