VOLUNTEERING

We get many emails from people all over the world wanting to volunteer for a few weeks or months
while they are on vacation in Bali. This is a very noble gesture that YKIP much appreciates, but we are actually quite a small organization and do not have a volunteer system put in place.
If you would like to share specific skills (and remember you would have to arrange for a translator to be with you after the initial set up visit by YKIP), such as English or art, that could be arranged.
We do not provide spots for medical training nor do we provide any special type of visa or work permit. The volunteering we envision would be short-term only. If you have special skills such as in physical therapy or audiology, we might be able to hook you up with our client organizations.
And of course, we can always use help with fund-raising in your home countries!
