Scout and Ruby
Scout and Ruby are soccer fiends and they enlisted the help of their teammates and local sports shop in getting donations for Bali’s orphanages. As often happens here in Bali, the way their family met with YKIP was serendipitous and we spent many an hour together discussing strategies for fundraising, games to play with the children and life in general. These girls are getting an incredible education from their parents about what is important in their daily lives and how giving brings so much back to us in so many ways. YKIP is proud to have them be a part of our KEMBALI project and we envision seeing girls’ soccer teams in Bali before too long!
