On May 31, 2008 The Dance Company, one of Bali’s schools of ballet and contemporary dance, held their school recital in Kuta. Over 300 people attended to watch 109 dancers (mostly under the age of 12 with one 2-year old (!) and a few Moms) being stars for an evening. Five percent of ticket sales went to the KEMBALI scholarship program. YKIP would like to thank the director Tasha Allanya and her crew for their support.
The children did a wonderful job at being caterpillars, butterflies, starfish, goblins and more!
