- 1 Expatriate psychiatrist from Australia for foreign volunteers
- Available to burn victims – hand specialist from
San Francisco, USA
- EMS program for local authority to prepare for a long
term crisis / disaster center
- Specialist surgical equipment from SF
- Has resources +/- 250 American staffs in Indonesia
- Budget: no ceiling US$ 30.000 for training in the Hospitals

- Has emergency volunteers, students, already gathering
data, helping victim evacuation from private hospitals to
Sanglah
- Counseling Indonesian families for immediate needs
- Delivering food to families of victims in Sanglah and
providing food for volunteers
- Gathering data for Bali SOS Center

- planning of major cremation and cleansing/contemplation

- needs urgently all data base info from other other Associations
- Urged close cooperation with locals, pointing out cultural
differences to be respected. They DO NOT have funds!!!
- Need planning of reconstruction of 13 banjars of Legian
Kuta, preparing cost estimation with the locals involved.
- Available 1800 pages of data.
- Program must adhere to principals of locals. Must be careful
to not offend them
- And respect tradition.
- Will have meeting with Governor of Bali.
- Pointed out that elections are in 2004 and to avoid disturbing
government policies.
Also pointed out in the meeting was the necessity of publishing in local newspaper a list of all credible, valid volunteer groups.
Next meeting will be on Tuesday 3.00 PM at Sanglah
